Alliyah Nichole Dowell is the founder of Liya's Luxe Balloons, a balloon decor business active in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The business creates balloon installations such as garlands and seasonal setups, including Halloween displays, building a presence through its own TikTok content under the banner of a Colorado Springs small business.

According to the business's own TikTok, Alliyah's work centres on balloon styling for events and occasions, with offerings that include arches, garlands, sculpting and number stacks. Her focus is on turning balloons into a decor service that gives gatherings a distinct visual centrepiece.

Alliyah's attention to seasonal and occasion-based design points to an opportunity she continues to build on in Colorado Springs, growing Liya's Luxe Balloons as a local small business.
