Sydney

Cassandra Cadorin is a Griffith, NSW founder whose work spans software and marketing built for lean, service-based businesses.

She is the founder of CanTicket, an all-in-one business operations platform that brings quoting, task tracking, time management and invoicing together without per-seat pricing, and she also founded Candid Marketing, a regional NSW digital agency, and Candid Connect, a cloud-based CRM platform.

Cassandra built CanTicket during the pandemic, in part to retain her staff after her tourism business was affected by COVID-19, and she explains that she created it out of frustration that businesses need three software programs and a spreadsheet just to answer four questions: how long did it take, how much did it cost, who's accountable, and where did it go wrong.

Having grown up on a grape farm near Griffith and worked across media and marketing since 2007 on brands including Vittoria Coffee, Budweiser and Hahn Super Dry, Cassandra draws on that experience to focus CanTicket on giving service-based teams clear accountability, with the platform integrating natively into Xero and letting businesses track real-time human output alongside AI usage.

Her earlier tourism venture, Bella Vita Riverina Tours, earned her recognition as a NSW Business Chamber State Finalist for Outstanding Entrepreneur and Excellence in Micro Business, and CanTicket has since been invited to compete in the international Pioneer Tournament startup competition.

Cas is a highly sort keynote speaker and met the founder of The Culo Village, Shakas Designer at a 2 day Sip and Social Conference by Maxx Marketing in Sydney 2025 after presenting to a room of over 500 attendees.
