Georgia Miller is part of the family behind Rustic Designs, a handmade woodworking business based in Inverell, New South Wales, that trades as Miller Rustic Designs. The small Australian family business produces low-tox chopping boards, butcher blocks, utensils and timber kitchenware from the shed, alongside burl bowls, coasters, clocks, mirrors, property signs, trophies and other custom woodwork. Each chopping board is made from a single solid slab of Australian hardwood, such as camphor laurel, yellow box, ironbark or red gum, free from glues, resins, joins or laminations.

The business finishes its boards and utensils with Organic Certified Jojoba Oil and Organic Certified Beeswax, a plastic-free, food-safe finish free from synthetic coatings. Rustic Designs describes itself as following the low tox movement, positioning those oiling choices so that customers' families are kept safe from unnecessary chemicals.

The timber Georgia's family works with is described as sustainably sourced, largely cut by the makers from fallen or dead trees, with some of it collected over the past 20 years. Rustic Designs rebuilt after fires in February 2019 and a long drought at its former Gilgai location before relocating to Inverell, and now sells both through its own site and retail partners including Funki Munki.
