GoYo Creative SEL is a playful, movement-based social-emotional learning program designed for children, based in Long Island, New York. Its classes combine gentle, yoga-inspired movement, music, imagination, connection and coping skills to support emotional awareness and self-regulation. The program is organised by developmental stage, with offerings named Sprouts, Buds and The Grove Crew for ages 3-5, 6-9 and 10-12.

GoYo Creative describes its approach as evidence-informed, created by a School Psychologist and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), blending SEL, mindfulness and movement backed by research. That foundation shapes how each session is built, pairing creative play with practical tools children can use to manage big feelings.

Alongside its classes, GoYo Creative runs in-person themed children's sessions on Long Island, such as a Teddy Bear Calm Day where children practise calming breaths, gentle movement and self-regulation tools. The program also offers free printable activities, calming tools and class companion resources for kids and families through its website, extending its focus on emotional wellbeing beyond the classroom.
