Grace Sams is the founder of Sams Tutoring Online, an online tutoring company she launched in January 2024 and runs with her husband and co-owner, Jody Sams. Based in Perry, Arkansas, the business serves families across the United States through online sessions, working with students from pre-K through college. It specialises in supporting neurodivergent learners, including students with ADHD, autism and dyslexia, while also serving neurotypical and gifted students.

Grace holds a Master's degree and is a National Tutoring Association–certified educator, named an Advanced Certified Tutor and an Advanced Certified Math Tutor in 2024. She also holds an Autism Coach Certification and presents herself as an Autism Coach and Dyslexia Coach. She attended the University of Bridgeport and was named an honoured listee in Marquis Who's Who.

Grace explains that she launched the company because she was tired of seeing tutoring priced out of reach for families and talented tutors go underpaid. She believes learning should adapt to the student rather than the reverse, and argues that neurodivergent learners need an individual assessment model. Her focus is on personalised instruction delivered by graduate-level tutors who are paid competitively.
