Jenny Li is Chief Financial Officer of Scalare Partners Holdings Limited, a Sydney-based technology investment and startup support firm where she has been a Partner and one of its earliest team members. A CPA and member of CPA Australia, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Accounting from UNSW. Before Scalare, Jenny was Finance Director at Sterling RISQ, where she established and led the finance function, and also held a VP of Client Delivery role. She is a co-founder of AsiaVerify, a RegTech company providing real-time KYB, KYC, AML and UBO verification across Asian jurisdictions.

Jenny describes herself as a strategy-focused, results-oriented finance leader with more than 15 years' experience improving financial governance and advising multinational businesses and high-growth startups. She has said she came to Australia from China at the age of 16 and has spent her career growing startups into established global businesses.

Alongside Scalare co-founder Giles Bourne, Jenny has spoken publicly about the firm's model of supporting early-stage founders. She has also written on the need for real support for women in business rather than token gestures, focusing attention on where meaningful progress can be made.
