Kimber McIntyre is the founder and CEO of Natural Healthy CBD, a Chicago-based CBD and hemp marketplace operated under The Extra Spoon LLC. The business describes itself as carrying a very large selection of CBD vapes, tinctures, edibles, pet products and more than 200 skincare and beauty brands, and partners with Service Dog Headquarters.

Kimber explains that she discovered CBD while running a service dog company, living as a seizure patient reliant on her service animal. She says CBD changed her life, and that experience led her to build the CBD business. Natural Healthy CBD's About page describes Kimber as a former pharmaceutical representative, a service dog handler and trainer, and a medical advisor for her district, with a role focused on the rights of people with disabilities and their service animals.

Alongside the marketplace, Kimber publishes commentary and news posts under the company's Natural News blog, writing on Illinois cannabis law, the Illinois Dignity in Pay Act, medical ethics and figures in the cannabis industry, with bylines running from 2020 through 2025. Her focus brings together product supply, service dog advocacy and ongoing coverage of the policy landscape around CBD.
