She says she brings more than 25 years of experience in business management and ownership across diverse sectors, driven by a lifelong passion for health and fitness, and describes a business that now spans two clubs, around 50 women employed, and a community of over 2,200 members.

Larni took ownership of Fernwood North Lakes in June 2021 and, after being named a finalist the previous year, won Franchisee of the Year at the 2026 AUSactive National Awards in Sydney, one of several accolades Fernwood received that night. Based on the Sunshine Coast and connected to Entrepreneurs' Organisation, Larni focuses her work on building health and fitness spaces for women and the teams who run them.
