Louise Hobbs, RN, BSN, is the founder of ViraLou Aftercare, a concierge post-surgical recovery service operating across Southern California, including Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire and the greater Los Angeles area. A registered nurse since 2019, Louise came to nursing after more than 30 years as a licensed esthetician, giving her a long grounding in patient care before she built the company.

ViraLou Aftercare centres on RN-led home visits delivered by vetted, trained nurses. Louise explains that every nurse trains through the company's in-house academy before being cleared to care for a patient independently, a step she sees as central to the standard of care the service provides.

Compliance is a defining principle of how Louise built the business. She describes constructing ViraLou around a rule of full compliance, including insurance coverage and W-2 nurses, as a way to protect surgeons, patients and her own team. That focus reflects the perspective she brings from decades in aesthetic and clinical care.
