Rannee Katsonis is the founder of CustomeRISE Co, an Australian business providing admin support services to allied health professionals, with a particular focus on rural, regional and remote practitioners. Working remotely from the Wollondilly Shire in New South Wales, Rannee built the business around NDIS and allied health administration, covering general admin, NDIS invoicing and follow-up, service agreements, therapy budgets, CRM management, client onboarding and waitlist management. CustomeRISE Co is an official Zanda partner and offers fixed monthly retainer packages, with pricing from $175 per week. Rannee's work also extends to eCommerce and Shopify support and online business management, building on earlier experience as a virtual assistant for rural women in business.

Rannee describes herself as a customer service consultant who helps business women build customer loyalty through personalised, authentic customer service. She advocates for a gentler way of doing business rooted in heart, purpose and humanity, and sees real value in meaningful human interaction in small business.

Alongside CustomeRISE Co, Rannee hosts The Unconventional Mumpire, a podcast launched in mid-2024 that explores balancing motherhood, business and life through intentional slow living.
