Renate Crollini is a founder and startup leader whose work sits at the intersection of technology, sustainability and backing other founders. At Tech Ready Women Academy, Australia's accelerator and education platform for female founders, she leads the Female Founder Startup Program, a role announced in January 2026. She is also co-founder of Adaluma, a financial intelligence and ESG data-verification platform built for CFOs, banks, corporates and governments, and previously co-founded Brownee, a sustainability platform for small and medium enterprises, where she served as Co-Founder and CSO.

Renate's background spans engineering, large-scale infrastructure, sustainability, corporate advisory, not-for-profits and startups, including around 12 years working in New York City before returning to Australia. Her focus now centres on early-stage female founders, working with them on idea validation, entrepreneurship and investment readiness, and moderating founder panels and events.

Renate believes entrepreneurship isn't about certainty, describing founders as essentially "building the plane while we're flying it" and noting that nobody has all the answers. Her message to women with a business idea is to "get off the fence," jump in, believe in themselves and figure it out as they go.
