Rohit Bhargava is a Melbourne-based founder whose work sits across media, investing and founder development.

He is the Founder and Director of Playbook Media and the host of The Startup Playbook Podcast, which launched in 2016 and has featured almost 200 interviews with entrepreneurs and investors over roughly eight years, including guests such as Paul Bassat, Ash Maurya, Justin Dry, Malcolm Turnbull, Cal Henderson and Micha Kaufman.

His path into media followed his time as Co-Founder and CEO of StageLabel, a crowdfunding platform for fashion that helped launch over 150 fashion brands globally, and he has since founded Playbook Ventures, an early-stage angel syndicate investing in technology companies.

More recently, Rohit founded The Komo Club with The Culo Village founder, Shakas Designer capturing the intimate dinner party in Brisbane, Shakas interviewed the likes of ex founder of Sendle, James Chin Moody along with other high calibre attendees on the night.

The Komo Club is described as the world's first human accelerator, a structured eight-week cohort program that helps founders, operators and leaders improve their health, mindset, relationships and performance.

Rohit sees the same systems and frameworks used to scale companies as something that should be applied to the person leading them, and he describes The Komo Club as infrastructure for the founder rather than executive coaching or a mastermind group.
