Shakun Narang is the Founder and Director of BIRD MOIS (BIRD Migrant Onboarding & Integration Services), a career-readiness and global certification platform based in the Greater Sydney Area, Australia. BIRD MOIS is an Authorised Training Partner of AI CERTs® and the Global Skills Development Council, offering role-based certification training across AI, cybersecurity, data, project management, healthcare and other emerging technologies, alongside career coaching. The platform has promoted AI courses including AI+ Foundation, AI Prompt Engineering and AI+ Sales certifications, and has held a webinar in collaboration with the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Shakun brings an international professional background spanning advertising, sales, recruitment, talent acquisition, HR and mentoring across India, Singapore and Australia. That experience informs the way she has built BIRD MOIS around practical, workplace-relevant skills.

Shakun describes her own path as one of reinvention, recounting her move from India to Singapore in 2008 with her two daughters, and eventually to Australia. Her stated mission is to make upskilling affordable, practical and human, and to support women re-entering or transitioning in the workforce. That focus on lifting others shapes the work she continues to build through BIRD MOIS.
