Sheena Burce is the founder of fireyfemmes, a modern wealth platform for ambitious women globally that offers podcasts, blogs, workshops and community support toward financial independence. Based in the Greater Sydney Area, Sheena hosts the fireyfemmes podcast, which launched its first episode in June 2025 and had reached around 52 episodes by mid-2026. She also runs 'Invest Like a Woman' workshops, is planning a 2026 'Money Salon Series' of curated dinners for women in tech, and is listed as a speaker at the Startup to Scaleup Summit 2026.

Sheena brings roughly a decade of commercial and technology sales experience, having worked in sales roles at companies including LinkedIn, Zoom and Gartner, and is associated with Revolut. She is RG146 Tier 2 qualified in financial services and has been studying to become a financial planner. Alongside building fireyfemmes, she mentors through She Mentors and works with technical founders on go-to-market strategy.

Sheena describes herself as an accredited, Coast-FIRE'd investor who stepped back from traditional corporate life earlier than default. She believes Australian women retire with substantially less superannuation than men, around 25 per cent less, and she positions fireyfemmes as a direct response to that gap.
