Thibault 'Tibo' Roumagoux is a French entrepreneur based in Sydney and the founder and CEO of Tap4Change, an Australian donation platform that connects charities, brands and donors. On the Tap4Change model, donors give to a charity of their choice, 100% of the donation goes directly to that charity, and participating brands then thank donors with offers, rewards or experiences. He also founded The Pitch Club, a startup pitch-night community that runs events across Bondi, Parramatta, Brookvale and other Sydney locations.
Tibo believes a lot of fundraising and sponsorship communication has become overly formatted, feeling either too corporate or emotionally overwhelming, and he built Tap4Change to feel more engaging, flexible and connected to real life. He points out that while the vast majority of Australian businesses do impact work, investing around $5 billion a year in community initiatives, they typically get little more than a logo on a charity website in return. Tap4Change, he explains, aims to fix that by turning donors into customers.
In mid-2025, Tap4Change launched its first major campaign through creative agency All Good Collective, pairing wildlife charity People For Nature with hair salon brand Franck Provost, alongside launch partnerships with Decathlon and CandleXchange. Tap4Change was named a winner in APAC Insider's 2025 Business Awards, reflecting Tibo's focus on levelling the playing field for Australia's many charities.
