Tim O'Sullivan is the co-founder of Bae Juice, a 100% Korean pear juice sourced from Naju in South Korea and marketed for hangover relief.

He started the Melbourne-based business alongside Sumin Do and his best friend Liam Gostencnik after discovering the pear juice remedy while visiting Sumin's family in South Korea, where locals drink it around nights out.

Tim attributes much of the brand's growth to a high-energy, disruptive social media strategy across TikTok and Instagram, posting five to six skits a week at its peak, and the product is now stocked in major Australian retailers including Woolworths, Dan Murphy's and BWS.

Beyond Bae Juice, his background includes co-owning a family cafe in Essendon, Benny and Me, which he helped grow from around 35 seats to 125, and he is also co-founder of the wellness and beauty brand Andie Body.

Tim has since focused on taking Bae Juice into the United States, with a distribution agreement covering the New York tri-state area and a $500,000 injection from Honan Capital supporting the first US-bound container.
