Trudy Henley is the founder and artist behind Trudy Letters, a hand lettering and Christian art business based in Brisbane, Queensland. An Australian artist, she creates original hand lettered pieces for homes, gifts and events, and the business offers art prints, devotional and affirmation card packs, greeting cards, custom art prints and calendars, with prints priced from around AUD $24.95.

Trudy began lettering in early 2016, after the birth of her firstborn daughter, when she was looking for Scripture to hang in her home. After discovering how much she loved the craft, requests from others to create art for them grew into the business she runs today. She describes herself as a hand lettering artist and painter who is passionate about the power of words, and in her Instagram bio as an encourager, creativity advocate, theology-trained, and mum to three.

Trudy believes that the words people hear, see and have spoken into them shape who they are. That conviction sits at the centre of her work, where Scripture and encouragement are turned into pieces designed to be lived with every day.
