Vinisha Rathod

Vinisha Rathod is the Sydney-based Founder and Managing Director of P3 Studio, a consultancy focused on people, partnerships and purpose, spanning organisational design, people strategy and culture.

She is the author of The Briefcase Effect: Your Personal Brand Action Plan, a personal branding methodology, and serves as the Program Lead for Startup World Cup Australia 2026, the Australian arm of the global pitch competition run by Silicon Valley's Pegasus Tech Ventures.

Her career has spanned corporate, government and tech sectors across Australia, the UK and the Middle East, including earlier roles at Ernst & Young, Boston Consulting Group and as a Partner at the people-led growth consultancy Think & Grow.

Vinisha is also a public advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and for raising awareness of the impact of domestic violence, on which she writes and speaks.
