Zara Francis is the founder of Copper Kettle Consulting, a women-led digital and AI transformation consultancy based in Kew, Victoria. On the company's own site she holds the title Founder and Transition Intelligence Architect, and her work sits at the point where organisations move from one generation of technology to the next.

Zara describes more than twenty years spent at the edge of technology transitions, from mobile to SaaS and now AI, and explains that she started Copper Kettle Consulting to change who is in the room.
