The prospectus prepared for Scalare Partners, published through Novus Capital, sets out the leadership and finance structure behind the Sydney-based technology investment and startup support firm. Among the figures named in the document is Jenny Li, whose role in the company's finance function forms part of the picture presented to prospective investors.

Jenny is a Partner at Scalare Partners and a central part of its finance leadership. She is a CPA and a member of CPA Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Accounting from UNSW. That combination of professional accreditation and formal training underpins the governance role she has taken on within the firm.

Her experience extends well beyond Scalare. Before joining the firm, Jenny served as Finance Director at Sterling RISQ, part of the RISQ Group, where she established and led the finance function, and she also held a VP of Client Delivery role at Sterling. Earlier in her career she worked as a Senior Accountant at First Advantage. She is also a co-founder of AsiaVerify, a RegTech company providing real-time KYB, KYC, AML and UBO verification across Asian jurisdictions.

Jenny describes herself as a strategy-focused, results-oriented finance leader with more than 15 years' experience in improving financial governance and advising multinational businesses and high-growth startups. That self-description aligns with the kind of oversight a prospectus is designed to communicate, where the credibility of the finance function speaks directly to the confidence placed in the business by the market.

In July 2026 Jenny took on the role of Chief Financial Officer of Scalare Partners Holdings Limited, a position she had held before her parental leave. Her return places her once more at the centre of the financial governance that documents such as the Scalare prospectus are built to represent, continuing the work of guiding early-stage and high-growth businesses that has shaped her career.
