Trudy Letters Brings Hand Lettered Christian Art to Pinterest

By Trudy Henley

On Pinterest, Trudy Henley's profile introduces Trudy Letters to a wider audience of people looking for inspiring hand lettered pieces for their homes, gifts and events. The page presents her as an Australian artist whose original work sits at the centre of everything the business produces.

Trudy is the founder and artist behind Trudy Letters, a hand lettering and Christian art business based in Brisbane, Queensland. The Pinterest profile reflects the same focus that runs through her wider body of work, showcasing hand lettered art created to be lived with and shared. It gives people browsing the platform a direct window into the kind of pieces she makes.

That work grew from a personal starting point. Trudy began lettering in early 2016, after the birth of her firstborn daughter, when she was looking for Scripture to hang in her home. After discovering she loved lettering, she received requests from others to create art for them, and those requests led to the business that now reaches audiences through channels like Pinterest.

Trudy describes herself as a hand lettering artist and painter who is passionate about the power of words. She believes that the words people hear, see and have spoken into them shape who they are, and that conviction informs the pieces she shares. Her Pinterest presence extends that idea beyond her own site, carrying her hand lettered Christian art to people searching for meaningful words to place in their own homes and give to others.
