Yes I’m late, I’m exhausted and drained, I needed to have a shower and shave, I remembered to self care today. Every day I’m preaching mental health strategies, I’m seeing how easy it is to let life have its way with me. No matter how many problems one has, one shares or one holds onto with thoughts that no one in this world could possibly care. I show up on time and I be there, despite my own issues popping up, I suck it up.. I believe in the trees and the magical nature that it gives me. I’m sorry but I don’t feel bad for taking a day off, I don’t feel bad for the day I quit my job. .

This was written in 2018, i did what i preached and quit my job, lived and traveling in a van, upgraded to a bus, started a tour company, had 2 homebirths with the love of my life, designed my dream unique 3 in 1 beach bag, started a marketing agency and launched 2 systems for founders to market their business online, included one app in canva!
